-Batam Trip-  huhu.im back from batam. wow. 2 days 1 night seems not enuf for me and amel. and mum really rushing to go home coz she misses Diyannah so much. ouh well, me and amel planning of goin batam again maybe in feb. with only friends. ok. totally with friends. and. and. guess what. i get to stay at a resort and not hotel. huhu. coz the agent was really nice to help us find one. and not only that. since we were nice to the receptionist of that resort, the staff there reward us by upgrading our room from superior to deluxe. mind u. DELUXE ok. wow. 4 thumbs up.. huhu. so, we stayed over at Golden View Resorts. thou the sea are not fully open. i guess the scenery are not bad at all. relaxing and peaceful. ok.. so start of with saturday morning. i woke up late coz the night before i was msn-ning with my ikea-ans. mira,ct eve and lala till 2am. so i woke up at 7am, and our ferry was at 8am. so there it goes. we missed the 8am ferry and have to postponed to 11am coz the ferry at 9am and 10 am were fully booked. huhu. so yeah. spend the morning at vivocity taking pictures with amel and mum. pictures will be post at a later entry, coz it was taken by amel's camera. so, we took the ferry at 11am. and mind u, that was really amel first trip to overseas. yeah overseas. so amel, slap urself for i dunnoe how many times u want. i told ya that i will blog about u in my entry. huhu.      upon reaching batam centre. we passed by this costarina apartment near Batam. dem nice sia. they have their own private funfair.   ok ok.so we had lunch at Rumah Bakso Special at Batam Centre. before that, addchilli Batam centre is not really that big lah kan. i dunnoe why people say Batam centre is like twice the size of Vivocity. i got cheated by this people. but, in terms of food they have like 4 to 5 times more variety than vivocity and 99.9% of the restaurant are Halal. inclusive of Bread Talk. ok. this part there isnt any pic coz we were busy eating and laughing our ass off with my mum. ard 2pm, mum start nagging coz she was tired and she really curious about how the resort will look like exterior and interior. so we then move on to stop a cab and went of straight to the resorts. Here are pics of our room. Deluxe room ok!!         we continue our journey to shop at one of the most biggest shopping centre in Batam. Nagoya Hill. It sounds like thailand's shopping centre kan kan? bla bla bla. around 8pm, we had our dinner at Golden Prawn 555. The best seafood in Batam. I guess Newton are way better that this Golden Prawn 555. nyah. ouh. i wouldnt wanna miss this part. me and amel played pool at our resort. and u know how much they charged us? only $1.80 for 1hr. how much do singapore usually charge during non-peak period. let say 4 to 5 bucks an hour. wow. cheap rite. and their spa massages are like $25 for 1hr30mins. wa boleh jadi gila babe. huhu. we end the day by watching tv marathon. and i slept in between amel and mum. sweet kan. (and note to amel: sebenarnya malam tu kan, aku ge set aircon temp to 27 degree celsius) lol. woke up at 6am for our breakfast.     and we check-out at 11am.    before heading back to singapore. we went to shop at mega mall. so i guess. 2 days 1 night are still not enuf. we want more. kl next anione? huhu.. i only spent a total of $50 at Batam. And i get to buy many tops, bread talks and tops. easy say, im satisfied!!!  |
